QA Manager for Digital

We are looking for an experienced and motivated QA/Test Manager to lead our Quality Assurance team and drive excellence in software quality across our digital delivery initiatives.

As QA Manager , you will be responsible for leading the QA team, defining testing strategies, and ensuring high-quality standards across all products. You will collaborate closely with engineering, product, and delivery teams to embed quality throughout the development lifecycle.

You will primarily be responsible for:

Leading the quality assurance strategy and execution for digital products and platforms, ensuring high standards of quality and reliability

Managing and mentoring a team of QA engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration

Designing, implementing and maintaining test plans, test cases and automated testing frameworks for web and mobile applications

Coordinating with product owners, developers and stakeholders to define quality objectives and acceptance criteria

Identifying, tracking and reporting defects, and driving root cause analysis and resolution

Ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices in QA processes

Contributing to the evolution of digital delivery by recommending process improvements and new tools with a strong emphasis on AI adoption

Your profile:

Strong technical skills in software testing methodologies, test automation tools , and experience with CI/CD pipelines

Excellent understanding of web and microservices application architectures

Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members

Experience with Agile / DevOps methodologies

Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail and problem-solving attitude

Effective communication and stakeholder management skills

Technical background in software engineering or related fields

Knowledge and experience in th AI agentic apply in Test context

Attention to detail and orientation towards excellence

Minimum five years of experience in quality assurance, with at least two years in a managerial or lead role

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering or a related field; ISTQB certification is a plus

Fluent in English
