3 Month Fixed Term Contract

Role Overview
The primary focus of this role is to provide administrative and coordination support to the Recruitment function within the business. You will assist with day-to-day recruitment activities while ensuring adherence to internal policies and company values: We Care, We’re Curious, and We Achieve Together.
Key Responsibilities
Support hiring managers and the HR team with recruitment administration
Review job adverts and documentation for accuracy, spelling, and formatting
Post job vacancies across job boards and other platforms as directed
Schedule interviews and prepare interview packs
Coordinate with interview panels to organise interview logistics
Assist with onboarding administration, including issuing contracts and induction packs
Track completion of new starter documentation and follow up where required
Maintain accurate records on recruitment systems
Provide general administrative support to the HR team and assist with ad hoc projects
Skills & Experience
Essential:
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Good organisational skills and attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with different stakeholders
Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
A digital mindset, with an interest in using technology to improve efficiency
Desirable:
Previous administrative or customer service experience
Exposure to recruitment, HR, or office environments (e.g., internship, placement, or part-time role)
Measures of Success
Accurate and timely completion of recruitment administration tasks
Positive feedback from hiring managers and candidates
High level of data accuracy within recruitment systems
Meeting internal timelines and service level expectations
Contract Details
Salary: €26,000 (pro-rated for contract duration)
Working Hours: 35 hours per week
