Job Title：Placement-Senior Account Manager
Location：Guangzhou
工作职责
主要支持高科技行业客户的排分需求，高效执行指定案件的排分任务（含常规及紧急任务），管理保险文件，支持排分后服务（含理赔协助）。
配合新业务转化与续保流程，深入拆解客户需求，协助优化排分方案。
收集并整理高科技行业市场情报，支撑排分报告的数据挖掘与分析。
维护与指定保险/再保险公司的日常合作关系，完成公司安排的其他职责。
职位要求
原则上不限从业背景与经验，具备保险行业背景者优先，有高科技行业保险服务经验为加分项。
本科及以上学历，持有保险经纪执业证，具备保险专业资格者优先。
熟练使用办公软件，具备基础数据分析能力；掌握基本英文读写技能，可独立处理英文邮件及文件。
执行力强、配合度高，能快速响应紧急任务并保障交付质量；工作细致严谨，思路清晰，善于跨部门沟通与协作
