We are looking for a high-performing Business Development Manager to join our WA Sales team based at our Perth Airport depot.

What you’ll do
Drive new business growth by identifying, targeting, and winning clients across WA
Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, focusing on new-logo acquisition
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to exceed revenue targets
Lead high-impact sales presentations and pitch tailored logistics solutions
Engage and influence senior decision-makers and executives
Negotiate and close complex commercial agreements
Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and delivery
Maintain disciplined CRM activity in Salesforce
Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activity to uncover new opportunities
What you’ll bring
Strong background in freight, logistics, transport, supply chain, or related sectors (highly regarded)
Proven track record as a new business hunter who consistently exceeds targets
Experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Acquisition roles
Confidence in cold calling, prospecting, and converting leads
Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders and decision-makers
Strong commercial acumen with experience negotiating high-value deals
Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
