Role Overview
A Project Coordinator is a key member of the project management team who ensures smooth execution of projects by assisting project managers with planning, scheduling, and communication. They act as the central point of contact for team members, stakeholders, and clients, facilitating collaboration and maintaining project documentation
Responsibilities:
Provide project management support for mid-big size projects.
Develop and maintain project plans and schedules by synthesizing diverse inputs and requirements.
Assist in estimating budgets, costs, and resource requirements.
Support and facilitate all phases of the project lifecycle, from initiation through to closure.
Coordinate and facilitate communication, including project kick-offs, progress updates, milestone reporting, and close-out activities.
Ensure client expectations and business needs are consistently understood, managed, and addressed throughout the project.
Monitor project performance metrics and provide regular reporting on progress, risks, issues, and status.
Ensure adherence to organizational standards, processes, and governance frameworks.
You will be successful in this role if you have:
Baseline Security Clerance is required for this role.
2-4 years’ relevant experience as a Project Coordinator/Office etc.
