The Opportunity

MUFG Pension & Market Services is seeking an experienced Manager to join our Employee Share Plans (EPS) team in a leadership role with responsibility for both client portfolio management and team leadership.

You will lead a team of 5–7 direct reports, manage a portfolio of Employee Share Plans clients, and provide broader oversight across the wider portfolio to support growth, client retention, and service excellence.

Working closely with corporate clients and internal stakeholders, you will drive strong client outcomes, lead through change, and help improve efficiency across the team.

This role is ideally suited to a commercially minded leader with deep Employee Share Plans experience, strong problem-solving capability, and confidence operating in a complex, evolving environment.

What you’ll be doing

In this role, you will:

Client Relationship Management

Lead and develop a high-performing team across Brisbane and Perth

Manage a portfolio of Employee Share Plans clients and build strong senior stakeholder relationships

Drive client retention, service excellence, and continuous improvement across the portfolio

Use data, analytics, Excel, and Microsoft tools to support better decision-making and team efficiency

Provide leadership across risk, governance, and operational performance

About you

To be successful, you will bring strong leadership experience, Employee Share Plans expertise, and the ability to manage client relationships, develop people, and lead effectively through change.

You will also have:

Proven leadership experience managing and developing client-facing teams

Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills

Commercial acumen, sound judgement, and strong problem-solving capability

Confidence using Excel, Microsoft tools, data, and analytics to improve efficiency and insight
