About Our Program

You’ll be joining the JD Vanguard (JDV) Graduate Program, our frontline leadership pathway for the next generation of supply chain talent. Over the course of a year, you’ll take on real projects, build technical and people-leadership skills, and learn how JD Logistics operates at a global level, with the opportunity to extend and continue your journey.

As a JD Star Graduate Account Manager, you won’t just be managing existing relationships—you will be the driving force expanding our Joybuy cross-border marketplace ecosystem. You will scout, pitch, negotiate with, and onboard top-tier brands and merchants across Europe, helping them navigate complex international e-commerce landscapes. We’ll be sure to give you the learning and support you need to thrive in this is a high-impact, fast-paced commercial role that blends data analytics with proactive sales execution.

What You’ll Do (The Reality of the Role):

Proactive Merchant Acquisition: Conduct targeted outreach, market mapping, and business development to identify potential high-value sellers for the Joybuy platform.

Creative Pitching & Negotiation: Overcome merchant objections regarding logistics, compliance, and platform costs by confidently positioning our strategic advantages and ROI.

Structured Business Analysis: Analyse merchant data, traffic performance, and market trends (CTR, CVR) to optimize onboarding strategies and pitch materials.

Cross-Border Consulting: Act as a trusted advisor on international trade, helping European merchants understand supply chain mechanics, global compliance, and digital store operations.

Deliver Measurable Results: Own clear commercial KPIs focused on outreach volume, merchant engagement quality, and successful onboarding conversions.

Who You Are (Our Ideal Candidate Profile):

Studies: Recent graduate or graduating in 2026 in a Bachelor or Masters degree.

Language: Native-level proficiency in the local market language with fluent professional English.

A Structured Communicator: You don't just speak well; you think logically. You can break down complex business problems into structured solutions.

Commercially Minded & Resilient: You view rejection as a data point, not a setback. You have a natural curiosity for trade and relationship-building.

E-Commerce Native: You aren't starting from scratch. You already understand the baseline mechanics of online marketplaces through research or experiences

Agile Learner: You possess the curiosity to quickly master changing platform rules, cross-border regulations, and competitor dynamics.
