Internal Recruiter - Fixed Term Contract
Remote Full Time | Fixed-Term until 30 September 2026
Immediate start preferred
We're looking for an experienced Internal Recruiter to join our friendly recruitment team on a fixed-term basis.
This is an opportunity to make an immediate impact, supporting high-volume recruitment across our Sales and Brand Ambassador teams. If you're someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and can quickly identify great talent, we'd love to hear from you.
What you'll be doing
Managing recruitment activity for Sales and Brand Ambassador vacancies
Reviewing applications and identifying candidates with the right skills and potential
Conducting candidate screening calls to bring CVs to life and assess suitability
Building strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
Supporting hiring managers to make great hiring decisions
Delivering an excellent candidate experience from application through to offer
Maintaining accurate records within our recruitment systems and databases
What we're looking for
Previous recruitment experience, either in-house or agency
Outstanding people and communication skills
Confidence in engaging with candidates and stakeholders at all levels
A proactive approach and the ability to work independently in a remote environment
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
A positive, collaborative attitude and willingness to support the wider team
