Duties

Develop, train, and fine-tune machine learning models utilizing frameworks such as TensorFlow, Spark MLlib, or other popular tools to address business challenges.
Apply unsupervised learning techniques for clustering, anomaly detection, and pattern recognition to extract meaningful insights from complex datasets.
Deploy machine learning models into production environments through model deployment pipelines, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
Conduct natural language processing (NLP) tasks on linked data sources to analyze text data for sentiment analysis, entity recognition, or chatbot development.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions using SQL, Python, R, Java, or Bash scripting.
Utilize big data technologies like Hadoop and Spark for large-scale data mining and analytics operations.
Use cloud platforms such as AWS for scalable computing resources and storage solutions supporting AI and machine learning workflows.
Generate visualizations and dashboards with tools like Looker or SAS to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.
Experience
Proven experience in developing and deploying machine learning models using frameworks such as TensorFlow or similar tools.
Strong proficiency in programming languages including Python, R, Java, C, or VBA for data analysis and automation tasks.
Hands-on experience with big data ecosystems like Hadoop and Spark for processing large datasets efficiently.
Expertise in SQL for database querying along with database design principles to optimize data storage solutions.
Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP), AI techniques, and linked data concepts for advanced text analysis projects.
Knowledge of cloud computing platforms such as AWS for scalable model training and deployment environments.
Experience working with ETL tools like Talend or custom scripts to streamline data ingestion workflows.
Background in analytics with a focus on data mining, statistical modeling, and predictive analytics methods.
Understanding of quantum engineering principles is a plus but not required; a keen interest in emerging technologies is encouraged.
