About the role

The Product team builds features end-to-end, from designing our data models to implementing the subtle interaction behaviors that differentiate good software from great software. You will join our Account Management team in Vancouver, empowering admins to balance flexible collaboration with cost control through our licensing systems. In this role, you will perform deep dives into our technical architecture to ensure system reliability and scalability while collaborating closely with Product Management, Design, and Data Science. By joining a passionate team dedicated to technical excellence and product quality, you’ll help co-create impactful solutions from vision through execution.

This role is based in our Vancouver office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays. Working from home on Fridays depends on the type of work you do and the teams with which you partner. What you’ll achieve

Design and build full-stack solutions for admins to manage their billing and licensing, setting up their organizations for success.

Drive large, impactful projects, delivering features that will be rolled out and used in large organizations globally.

Build scalable, reliable systems that power our billing and licensing life-cycles, ensuring technical excellence and reliability.

Collaborate with world-class product partners, including Product Management, Design, and Data Science, to co-create solutions from vision through execution.

Set and maintain high standards for software engineering, mentoring peers, and elevating the team's overall technical capability.

About you

6+ years of experience in professional software development with a passion for building robust and scalable full-stack systems.

Track record as a leader and key contributor on large and technically complex projects.

Expertise in navigating ambiguous and complex technical spaces, creating clarity and alignment.

Strong technical and cross-functional communication skills, with a collaborative mindset.

Invested in supporting and mentoring peers, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.

Demonstrates curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies, with a willingness to learn and leverage them to enhance productivity, collaboration, or decision-making.

For this role, the estimated base salary range is between $176,000 - $200,000 CAD. The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process. The listed range above is a guideline, and the base salary range for this role may be modified.

In addition to base salary, your compensation package may include additional components such as equity, sales incentive pay (for most sales roles), and benefits.
