Consolidation of accounts and monthly, half-yearly and annual reporting:

Production of the Group's monthly, half-yearly and annual consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS standards and support for the accounting teams during the preparation of packages;

Drafting of the annual financial statements, and the financial parts of the registration document;

Coordination and supervision of the process of identification and valuation of deferred taxes (IAS12) in close collaboration with operational departments, accountants and tax departments;

Monitoring and analysis of current and deferred taxes by country, reconciliation of the tax burden and the tax balance sheet. In charge of the associated summary elements, in the annual report and the slides of the audit committee;

Coordination and supervision of the Pensions process (IAS19): instructions, coordination with actuaries and subsidiaries, ensuring that the accounts are properly accounted for and in charge of the related summary elements, in the annual report and the audit of the committee's slides;

Monitoring of the restructuring plans of the Group and its subsidiaries in compliance with IFRS standards;

Monitoring of risk and litigation provisions in collaboration with the legal and financial teams;

One of the main interlocutors of the Statutory Auditors in the context of their interventions on the consolidated financial statements.

Structuring operations

Support for subsidiaries on the post-acquisition process (purchase price allocation – IFRS3);

Follow-up of reorganization operations of legal entities (mergers, liquidations, divestitures) on IFRS, statutory and tax issues;

Participate in various cross-functional projects in support of the financial department;

Standards watch

Support for subsidiaries on the implementation of new IFRS standards: impact assessment and transition management;

Support for companies on the normative and accounting aspects of certain specific and/or significant contracts;

Organization and facilitation of training sessions for subsidiaries and newcomers (consolidation processes and standards)

Management

Management of a team of consolidators – in France or abroad

Qualifications

Higher education in finance and accounting (ESC or equivalent),

More than 4 years of experience in Consolidation/Reporting, within an audit firm or an international group;

Strong technical knowledge of accounting (statutory and IFRS) and consolidation techniques;

Excellent computer skills and knowledge of SAP BFC desired;

Fluency in English imperative (read, written and spoken)

Strong organizational and autonomous skills, curiosity, initiative, adaptability and dynamism; Enjoy working in a team;

Strong analytical and synthesis skills;

Excellent interpersonal skills that allow you to adapt to different stakeholders.
