Si ricerca un profilo dedicato alla selezione del personale operativo per un'azienda di logistica e trasporti con sede a Corciano, circa 80 dipendenti attivi tra magazzino, distribuzione e uffici.
Il ruolo prevede la gestione dell'intero processo di recruiting: dalla pubblicazione degli annunci alla valutazione dei candidati, fino alla pianificazione dei colloqui con i responsabili di reparto. Si collabora a stretto contatto con i team operativi per capire i fabbisogni e garantire inserimenti rapidi.
Mansioni principali:
screening CV e conduzione di colloqui telefonici e in presenza
supporto all'onboarding dei nuovi assunti secondo le procedure interne
aggiornamento del database candidati e reportistica mensile sulle selezioni attive
Si offre:
contratto a tempo determinato 12 mesi finalizzato a tempo indeterminato

Requisiti:
diploma di scuola superiore, preferibilmente ad indirizzo umanistico o gestionale
