Overview Join our dynamic Human Resources team as a Human Resources Generalist, where you will be the vital link in fostering a positive, compliant, and productive workplace environment. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead strategic HR initiatives, support employee engagement, and ensure seamless HR operations across the organization. You will play a key part in shaping our company culture by managing a broad spectrum of HR functions with energy and precision.
Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle talent acquisition processes, including sourcing candidates through ATS platforms like iCIMS, Taleo, and Workday, conducting interviews, and coordinating onboarding activities.
Oversee employee orientation programs to ensure new hires are welcomed and integrated effectively into the organization.
Administer benefits programs and manage benefits administration tasks using HRIS systems such as SAP SuccessFactors, ADP, or Paychex to ensure accurate data entry and employee support.
Develop and implement employee evaluation and performance management systems aligned with organizational goals.
Handle employee relations issues with proactive conflict management strategies, fostering a positive work environment.
Support change management initiatives by designing organization structures and conducting workforce management planning to adapt to evolving business needs.
Maintain accurate HR data collection and reporting using tools like Oracle HCM, UltiPro, or Paylocity for strategic planning purposes.
Experience
Proven experience in human resources management or related roles with a focus on talent acquisition, employee relations, and benefits administration.
Strong knowledge of employment law including FMLA, OSHA standards, workers' compensation policies, and labor law compliance.
Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to lead HR initiatives from conception through execution.
Familiarity with HRIS platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM or equivalent systems like Kronos or UltiPro.
Excellent communication skills capable of handling sensitive situations with professionalism and clarity.
Experience in training & development programs alongside strategic planning for talent management and succession planning.
Administrative experience involving data entry, contracts management, social media management for employer branding, and use of ATS systems like iCIMS or Taleo is highly desirable. Pay: $62,537.39 - $75,313.85 per year
