Community Recruiter - English & Spanish - Spring Valley
We are looking for a proactive and independent recruiter with strong community engagement skills to help identify and attract candidates for various job opportunities.
The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys networking, building relationships within the community, and finding creative ways to connect with potential professionals. This person should be self-motivated, resourceful, and comfortable working independently while managing recruitment efforts from sourcing through initial candidate engagement.
Key Qualifications:
Fluent in English and Spanish .
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Creative mindset with the ability to develop unique recruiting and outreach strategies
Experience with community outreach, networking, or recruiting preferred
Comfortable approaching and engaging with people from diverse backgrounds
Organized and goal-oriented
Ability to identify qualified candidates and maintain professional relationships
Responsibilities:
Engage with the community to identify potential candidates
Develop and implement creative recruiting strategies
Build and maintain a network of professionals and referrals
Conduct initial candidate screenings and outreach
Promote job opportunities through community events, social media, referrals, and networking
Maintain consistent communication with candidates and hiring teams
schedule: Monday - Friday - 9am-5pm - Hybrid
Pay: $52,338.84 - $70,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
