Talent Acquisition Partner

We are seeking a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Partner who is passionate about identifying top talent quickly, efficiently, and strategically. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and brings a strong sense of urgency, ownership, and competitive drive to fill roles with minimal time-to-fill. The ideal candidate is hungry for targets, energized by hitting and exceeding KPIs, and able to balance high performance with a positive, fun, and collaborative attitude.

Contract: ASAP- End of August 2026 (possible extension)

Hourly Wage: $22/hour

Strong knowledge of recruiting best practices and employment legislation.

Experience in retail, call center, customer service, sales, door to door or promotions is an asset.

Energetic, outgoing, and confident with strong interpersonal skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication.

Tech-savvy and comfortable using recruitment platforms.

Highly goal-driven with a track record of meeting/exceeding KPIs.

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
