About the role
We’re seeking a driven, people ‑ first Talent Acquisition Partner to support high ‑ volume , high ‑ turnover , performance ‑ based sales hiring , including door ‑ to ‑ door sales representatives and retail event teams . This role requires urgency, sound judgment, and a strong commitment to an inclusive, consistent candidate experience.
The ideal candidate brings a headhunter mindset —proactively sourcing and engaging active and passive talent through targeted outreach, talent mapping, and consistent follow ‑ up . You will manage the full recruiting lifecycle and deliver client ‑ ready hires at scale while maintaining quality, compliance, and a positive candidate experience from first contact through first shift.
Hourly Wage: $22/hour
Contract: ASAP until December 31, 2026 (possible extension)

Lead full ‑ cycle recruiting from s ourcing thro ugh onboarding
Adapt quickly to changing staffing needs and timelines
Sourcing & Candidate Attraction
Build pipeline through job boards, social media, referrals, job fairs, and community outreach
Proactively source and engage active and passive candidates through targeted
outreach, talent mapping, and follow ‑ up
Use outbound sourcing daily (resume mining, Boolean searches, networking, referrals) to maintain full pipelines
Test and refine sourcing tactics to improve speed, quality, and conversion
Screening, Interviewing & Selection
Conduct high ‑ volume screens and interviews focused on:
Sales mindset and motivation
Resilience and performance orientation
Reliability, professionalism, and client readiness
Present qualified candidate slates with clear hiring recommendations
Set clear expectations on role requirements and earnings models
Field & Client Partnership
Partner with field leaders and stakeholders to confirm priorities and success profiles
Translate requirements into effective recruiting plans and execution
Serve as a consultative partner focused on hiring outcomes
Onboarding Ownership
Manage offers, acceptances, and onboarding steps to reduce time ‑ t o ‑ start
Support new hires through first shift to ensure a smooth start
Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates during onboarding
Data, Compliance & Reporting
Maintain accurate ATS notes, activity, and dispositioning
Monitor pipeline health and recruiting metrics
Follow compliant, consistent hiring practices aligned to company policy and applicable laws
