Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Utilize data and analytics to measure recruitment effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
