Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Operations Manager to lead our retail or service-oriented team to success. Duties
Lead and supervise daily store operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high standards of customer service
Recruit, interview, and onboard new employees while providing comprehensive employee orientation and ongoing training & development
Manage payroll processing, bookkeeping, and cash handling procedures with accuracy and integrity
Oversee inventory management, control stock levels, and coordinate purchasing to meet sales demands
Implement effective merchandising strategies, pricing policies, and promotional campaigns to maximize sales
Supervise shift management, ensuring proper staffing levels and efficient task delegation
Maintain excellent communication with team members through clear phone etiquette and organizational skills while fostering a collaborative environment
Skills
Strong leadership abilities with proven supervising experience in retail or related fields
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills in multiple languages; bilingual proficiency is a plus
Comprehensive knowledge of retail math including sales management, budgeting, and pricing strategies
Skilled in inventory control, POS systems, wireless sales, merchandising, stocking, and cashiering operations
Experience in recruiting, interviewing, employee orientation, training & development to build high-performing teams
Proficient in bookkeeping, payroll processing, cash handling, and store administrative tasks
Ability to manage time effectively with strong organizational skills; adept at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
