Ryze Party is one of the fastest-growing social commerce jewelry companies in the country. We combine exclusive jewelry designs, live selling, community, and entrepreneurship to create experiences that customers and consultants love.

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Operations Partner to work directly with our CEO and leadership team.

This is not a traditional assistant position.

We need someone who can help transform ideas into execution, keep projects moving forward, create structure where there is chaos, and ensure important commitments never fall through the cracks.

You catch mistakes before they become problems.

You are comfortable working with fast-moving leaders who generate a lot of ideas and need a strong execution manager to help bring those ideas to life.

You don't wait to be told what to do.

You anticipate needs, solve problems, and keep things moving.

What You'll Do:

Executive Operations

Attend company, consultant, and leadership meetings and document action items

Track projects, deadlines, and commitments

Follow up with team members to ensure deliverables are completed

Maintain accountability systems and project trackers

Help prioritize initiatives and keep leadership focused

Presentation & Communication Development

Build weekly consultant and company presentations

Create monthly leadership meeting decks

Draft internal communications and leadership updates

Coordinate focus groups, meetings, and special projects

Ensure communications are accurate, polished, and on brand

Project Coordination

Manage timelines across multiple departments

Identify bottlenecks and escalate risks

Coordinate cross-functional initiatives

Ensure projects move from idea to execution

Creative & Brand Support

Create Canva graphics and presentation visuals

Utilize AI tools to improve speed and quality

Maintain consistency with Ryze branding and voice

Support internal campaigns and company initiatives

Jewelry Development Support

Organize design concepts and inspiration

Research trends and competitive products

Help manage design workflows

Coordinate information between design and procurement teams

Required Skills

Exceptional organization and attention to detail

Strong project management abilities

Canva proficiency

PowerPoint proficiency

Strong written communication skills

Ability to learn and leverage AI tools

Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

High level of ownership and accountability

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting executives, founders, or senior leaders

Experience in project management, operations, marketing, or communications

Experience working in fast-paced entrepreneurial environments

Familiarity with social media, branding, or product development

Pay: $54,600.86 - $65,755.87 per year
