Resumen del Puesto
Buscamos un/a becario/a de administración para nuestra planta, que apoye en las tareas administrativas diarias y en la eficiencia operativa. Esta es una oportunidad ideal para adquirir experiencia práctica en un entorno de manufactura dinámico.
Responsabilidades del Puesto
Apoyar en la organización y archivo de documentos administrativos y operativos.
Colaborar en la preparación de informes y presentaciones para la gerencia de planta.
Asistir en la coordinación de reuniones y eventos internos.
Dar seguimiento a la gestión de inventarios de oficina y suministros.
Brindar soporte en la comunicación interna y externa de la planta.
Participar en proyectos de mejora continua dentro del área administrativa.
Realizar otras tareas administrativas asignadas por el supervisor.
Cualificaciones del Puesto**
Estudiante activo/a de licenciatura en Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería Industrial o carrera afín.
Interés demostrado en el sector manufacturero y operaciones de planta.
Dominio intermedio de Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excelentes habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita.
Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y de forma independiente.
Proactivo/a, organizado/a y con atención al detalle.
Disponibilidad para cumplir con el horario de becario/a establecido.
