Sales Executive - Luxury Motorsport Simulators
About the role
Role summary
At AXSIM, we’re building and selling premium motorsport simulators that deliver a true ‘wow’ factor and we’re looking for a Sales Executive to help us grow. In this role, you’ll sell to both private customers (B2C) and organisations (B2B), including corporate clients, venues and partners, and you’ll own the customer journey from first conversation through to specification, close and handover. We’re a small team, so you’ll have plenty of autonomy and real influence—combining high-end customer service with disciplined pipeline management to hit our targets.
Key responsibilities
Sell premium motorsport simulators across both B2C (private buyers) and B2B (corporate clients, venues, hospitality and partners), tailoring the approach to each audience.
Handle inbound enquiries quickly and professionally, and generate outbound opportunities through targeted prospecting, referrals, events and partner channels.
Deliver standout demonstrations (in-person and remote) that bring the product to life—combining storytelling with credible technical detail.
Own the end-to-end sales cycle: qualification, proposal, negotiation, close, deposit/payment milestones and documented next steps.
Create clear, accurate quotes and proposals covering hardware, software, options, installation requirements, lead times, warranties and aftercare/service plans.
Meet and exceed company sales targets and KPIs.
Build and manage a healthy CRM pipeline, maintain data quality, and forecast reliably (weekly/monthly).
Develop and manage B2B relationships and partnerships (e.g., motorsport venues, luxury/automotive brands, events partners) to create repeatable lead sources.
Work closely with operations/engineering to confirm feasibility, installation logistics and timelines, ensuring a smooth handover from sale to delivery.
Represent AXSIM at events, track days, and shows as required.
Operate with the mindset of a small team: take ownership, spot problems early, and continuously improve how we sell and deliver.
Required skills and experience
Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets (ideally in premium/luxury, motorsport, or consultative environments).
Ability to sell confidently to both B2C customers and B2B stakeholders (value, ROI, and multi-stakeholder buying groups).
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills; able to build trust quickly with stakeholders at all levels and discerning private customers.
Comfortable running product demonstrations and explaining technical concepts in a clear, engaging way.
Commercially astute, understanding margin and how to structure deals appropriately.
Highly organised and consistent with follow-up; able to manage longer sales cycles without losing momentum. Able to manage sales proposals and paperwork.
This is a target based role; you’ll need to be motivated to meet and exceed company sales targets
Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office; able to produce well-written quotes, proposals and updates.
Motivated, resilient, and proactive—comfortable in a small company where priorities can shift and everyone contributes beyond their job title.
Genuine interest in motorsport and/or sim racing and pride in delivering an exceptional customer experience.
What you’ll love about the role
Building something special: you’ll have real influence on how we sell, how we present the product, and how we take the brand to market.
Variety and pace: a mix of showroom/on-site demos, calls, proposals, partner development, and events.
Autonomy and ownership: we’re a small team—if you spot a better way to do something, you’ll be encouraged to run with it.
Learning curve: develop consultative selling skills in a high-ticket environment with exposure to engineering/operations and customer experience.
