About the role
EF- English Live Customer Service Team is looking for an enthusiastic person with a high level of Spanish to join our European team in Barcelona's office.
As a Junior Customer Success Agent you will be responsible for providing customer support and guidance in our online English courses.
Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
Organize and host engaging onboarding webinars for new EF English Live students, providing a clear introduction to the platform’s features and available resources
Ensure that the customer delivers on his payment schedule.
Find solutions with students to proactively avoid cancelations.
Be our students’ point of contact should they require support via our omnichannel solutions (video calls, audio calls, chat, emails, etc). to ensure they have a great experience with EF English live.
Be the customer facing embodiment of our EF EnglishLive brand promise to help students “Learn English. Finally.”
Investigate and escalate potential technical or teachers related issues to our central teams and liaise with them for resolution.
Requirements:
The candidate must be already based in Barcelona.
1 - 2 years experience in Customer Service minimum.
An advanced/native level of Spanish.
A minimum of a speaking B2 level of English.
Customer-focused approach. and target-driven attitude .
Ability to communicate effectively and concisely to customers.
Cultural awareness and ability to work within a team.
