Ricerchiamo un/una Addetto/a gestione clienti per la nostra sede di Vicenza, studio professionale con attività rivolta a privati e imprese. La risorsa selezionata segue il portafoglio clienti in tutte le fasi, dalla raccolta delle esigenze iniziali alla gestione delle comunicazioni e dei follow-up periodici, garantendo precisione documentale e continuità relazionale.
Mansioni principali
Gestione contatti con clienti privati e aziende per richieste informative e aggiornamenti
Raccolta delle esigenze e predisposizione di offerte e preventivi
Aggiornamento del portafoglio clienti su CRM aziendale
Organizzazione degli appuntamenti e coordinamento con i reparti interni
Monitoraggio delle pratiche in corso e gestione delle scadenze
Supporto operativo durante gli incontri con i clienti
Offerta e benefit
Contratto a tempo determinato 6 mesi finalizzato a indeterminato
Orario full-time 40 ore settimanali
Formazione continua su procedure e prodotti aziendali
Buoni pasto
Requisiti
Ottime capacità comunicative e relazionali
Precisione nella documentazione e gestione dati
Buona padronanza di PC, Excel e software CRM
Disponibilità entro 2 settimane. Orario full-time dal lunedì al venerdì.
