Job Description

The Regional Director, Digital Marketing is responsible for leading and executing the digital marketing strategy across a defined region. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on oversight of campaigns, performance marketing, brand presence, and digital customer experience. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical thinking, team leadership, and a deep understanding of market dynamics.

Job Duties Include:

Strategic Leadership

Develop and implement a comprehensive regional digital marketing strategy aligned with global objectives

Identify growth opportunities through market trends, customer insights, and competitive analysis

Collaborate with global and cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and campaign alignment

Campaign & Channel Management

Oversee multi-channel digital campaigns including paid media, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and content marketing

Optimize marketing funnels to improve acquisition, conversion, and retention

Ensure localization of campaigns to reflect regional audience preferences

Performance & Analytics

Define KPIs and track campaign performance using analytics tools

Translate data into actionable insights and continuously optimize marketing efforts

Manage regional marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively for maximum ROI

Team Leadership

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of digital marketing professionals

Foster a high-performance culture focused on innovation, collaboration and accountability

Partner with external agencies and vendors as needed

Customer Experience & Innovation

Enhance digital customer journeys across web, mobile, and emerging platforms

Champion experimentation and adoption of new tools, technologies, and marketing approaches

Ensure compliance with regional data privacy and digital regulations

Qualifications

Your Skills & Qualifications:

Extensive experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of delivering strong results and a minimum of 5+ years of experience.

Significant leadership experience driving high performance teams

Proven track record of driving growth through digital channels at a regional or multi-market level

Strong expertise in performance marketing, analytics, CRM, and marketing automation platforms

Experience managing budgets and cross-functional teams

Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

Hospitality or Tourism background preferred but not required
