Ondaro is looking for a creative and analytical Pleno Marketing Analyst to join our Marketing team. You'll help bring our brand to life through integrated marketing campaigns, events, webinars, content creation, and demand generation initiatives that support business growth.

Reporting to the Marketing leadership team, you will work closely with internal teams, partners, and global stakeholders to execute marketing programs, measure performance, and deliver impactful experiences for customers, prospects, employees, and partners.

What You'll Be Doing:

Plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns;

Support demand generation and brand awareness initiatives;

Coordinate corporate events, webinars, and promotional activities;

Create and manage marketing and corporate communication materials;

Manage social media channels and track performance metrics;

Support internal communication and employee engagement initiatives;

Collaborate with partners and international teams;

Prepare reports, presentations, and marketing performance analyses.

What You’ll Bring to the Table:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing;

Experience with B2B marketing;

Knowledge of digital marketing, campaign management, and copywriting;

Experience with event planning and corporate communications;

Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft 365, HubSpot, Monday.com, Power BI, or similar platforms;

Fluent English;

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience in technology or consulting companies;

Intermediate to advanced Spanish;

Digital Marketing certifications or training.

Analytical, organized, and proactive mindset;

Strong verbal and written communication skills;

Creative thinking and strategic approach;

Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
