Jobtracks Caribbean is currently seeking a Project Manager to fill a vacancy located in the Central Area of Puerto Rico. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing projects, ensuring the effective use of resources, adherence to schedules, quality standards, and approved budgets. This position requires strong leadership, project management expertise, and the ability to collaborate with multiple departments to achieve organizational objectives.
Project Manager Requirements
A Project Manager must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited institution.
A Project Manager should preferably hold an active Professional Engineer (PE) license and membership with CIAPR.
A Project Manager must have a minimum of 5 years of experience managing technical, operational, or engineering-related projects.
A Project Manager must have at least 3 years of experience supervising teams and personnel.
A Project Manager should possess an OSHA 30-Hour Certification (preferred).
A Project Manager must have strong knowledge of project management principles, including resource planning, cost control, and risk analysis.
A Project Manager should have experience using project administration systems and budget control tools, preferably Contract/Billing and PCA.
A Project Manager must demonstrate advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
A Project Manager must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
A Project Manager should be able to work under pressure, prioritize multiple tasks, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Project Manager Benefits
Full-time position.
Salary $38,000 - $40,000 per year.

A Project Manager must promote continuous improvement initiatives related to project planning, execution, and performance management.
A Project Manager should ensure projects are completed efficiently, within budget, and according to established deadlines.
