About the role
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst to support a large-scale SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) implementation initiative. This individual will play a critical role in analyzing business and technical requirements, developing comprehensive test strategies, creating detailed test plans and scripts, and validating end-to-end IAM solution functionality.
The ideal candidate is a self-driven QA professional with strong IAM testing experience who can work independently with minimal supervision, take ownership of deliverables, and effectively communicate testing results, risks, and legitimate solution defects to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze business, functional, and technical requirements for SailPoint ISC implementations
Develop detailed test plans, test strategies, test cases, and test scripts
Execute functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
Perform gap analysis between business requirements, testing coverage, and delivered solutions
Identify, document, track, and validate legitimate solution defects and issues
Coordinate defect triage discussions with developers, architects, and project leadership
Validate identity lifecycle workflows including Joiner, Mover, and Leaver processes
Test provisioning, deprovisioning, access requests, certifications, and RBAC functionality
Collaborate with IAM engineers, architects, business analysts, and application teams
Provide regular status reporting on testing progress, risks, blockers, and defect trends
Ensure testing documentation is organized, accurate, and audit-ready
Work independently while managing priorities in a fast-paced implementation environment
Required Qualifications
5+ years of Quality Assurance or Software Testing experience
5+ years of IAM or SailPoint testing experience
Hands-on experience developing test plans, test scripts, and test scenarios
Experience performing gap analysis and validating business requirements
Strong understanding of defect lifecycle management and QA methodologies
Experience testing IAM workflows including provisioning, deprovisioning, RBAC, and access certifications
Ability to independently own testing activities with limited supervision
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience working in Agile or enterprise project environments
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with SailPoint ISC / IdentityNow
Experience with Active Directory, Azure AD, LDAP, SSO, and MFA
Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar test management tools
Knowledge of IAM governance and cybersecurity best practices
Experience supporting enterprise IAM implementations or transformations
Pay: $55.00 - $60.00 per hour
Work Location: Remote
