Our Product tech team supports the CIO in delivering business value through the effective use of enterprise technology. We manage and optimize systems that enable core business capabilities, including Property Management, POS, CRM, Finance and Guest Experience platforms.
This role sits in a dynamic context, where you work closely with business stakeholders and senior leadership on change that truly matters. You’ll take real ownership of outcomes, learn from experienced domain experts, and grow alongside a team that invests strongly in coaching and capability building.
As a Business Analyst – Hospitality, you will help ensure technology solutions align with business processes, data needs, and strategic objectives. You will contribute across the full product lifecycle, from discovery and design through delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement.
What will you do:
As a Business Analyst, you translate large scale hospitality operations into clear, actionable technology requirements. You understand how parks function day to day and how changes ripple across hundreds of parks, thousands of accommodations, and high seasonal volumes.
Your responsibilities include:
Hospitality Process Analysis & Requirements
Analyse and improve hospitality processes such as reservations, check‑in/out, unit allocation, housekeeping planning, maintenance coordination, and guest communication across 200+ parks;
Translate operational needs into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria that work at scale;
Balance global process standardisation with unavoidable local park differences and regulations.
Design & Solutioning
Co‑design future‑state solutions with Product Owners and vendors for PMS, front office tooling, cleaning solutions, POS, and guest applications, ensuring scalability and resilience;
Assess impact of design choices on park operations, peak periods, and multi‑park rollouts;
Support Agile delivery from concept through validation, with a strong focus on reuse and consistency.
Testing, Data & Adoption
Coordinate functional testing that reflects real‑life, high‑volume park scenarios;
Validate data flows across hospitality and guest‑facing systems used by hundreds of parks;
Support phased rollouts and go‑lives, minimising disruption to ongoing park operations.
Operations & Continuous Improvement
Analyse operational insights, incidents, and change requests across the park landscape to drive improvements;
Act as a sparring partner for park operations on system changes with multi‑park impact;
Support the ongoing evolution of hospitality platforms in a complex, high‑availability environment.
Tools & way of working
Work in Agile or hybrid environments with Product Owners and delivery teams;
Use Power BI, Excel, Jira, and Confluence for analysis, documentation, and decision‑making;
Collaborate closely with hospitality software vendors and operational teams across a large, distributed park network.
This is you:
4–6 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst;
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Digital Marketing, or Information Systems;
Proven ability to translate business and customer needs into technical and process solutions;
Strong understanding of digital customer journeys, content management, booking flows, and payment integrations;

An annual contract with a trial period of one month, whereby we would of course ultimately be happy to employ you permanently;
A salary between € 4,253 and € 6,076 gross per month on a full-time basis;
A bonus scheme;
27 days' holiday for a full-time working week with the option to purchase 10 additional days off;
Flexible working hours and the possibility of (partly) working from home;
Working from home allowance of €2,45 per home working day;
Training and education options;
Participation in the Recreation pension fund. The standard retirement date in this scheme is 67 years. The premium for this old-age pension is 21.8% of the pension basis, with Landal and you each paying half;
Possibility of paid additional maternity and parental leave;
Various group insurance policies, including free continuous travel insurance for you and your family;
A favorable staff booking scheme.
A full-time employment contract at Landal has a 38-hour working week, which is equivalent to a 5-day working week. If you have a part-time employment contract, your salary and vacation days are calculated pro rata.
Unfortunately for this position we’re not able to support with a relocation or sponsoring a work visa in the Netherlands. Therefore, we can only consider applicants who are already residing in the Netherlands and hold a valid work permit.
