Duties

Provide comprehensive legal counsel to Spanish speaking clients navigating family law cases, including divorce, child custody, visitation rights, and spousal support

Draft and review legal documents such as petitions, motions, settlement agreements, and court pleadings with precision and clarity

Negotiate settlements effectively to achieve optimal outcomes for Spanish speaking clients while maintaining professionalism and empathy

Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences with confidence and advocacy skills

Manage all aspects of case files from inception through resolution, ensuring timely filings and adherence to procedural requirements

Skills

Proven expertise in family law practice with strong negotiation and litigation capabilities

Exceptional writing skills for drafting clear legal documents and correspondence

Demonstrated ability to handle complex legal research projects efficiently while maintaining attention to detail

Strong organizational skills with experience managing multiple cases simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
