Part-Time Secretary/Receptionist
About the role
The secretary/receptionist will be responsible for answering the phone, scanning mail, requesting medical records, dealing with the Social Security Administration, reviewing case files, and putting together Social Security Disability and SSI applications.
The candidate should be reliable, well organized, detail oriented and have strong word processing skills.
Since we represent individuals in their disability claims, we need someone with a patient, understanding manner.
This is a part time position - one day a week - but the candidate should be available to work up to two more days a week when other employees are out such as on vacation.
Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour
