As a Sr. Technical Product Manager on the Technology team, a typical day for you will include:

Own and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for technical products and solutions.

Collaborate with stakeholders to align product objectives with company goals and user needs.

Develop and prioritize product features, enhancements, and improvements based on technical feasibility, business value, and user impact.

Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to delivery and beyond.

Work closely with engineering teams to ensure technical requirements are well understood, and that products are developed on time, within scope, and meet high-quality standards.

Own the product backlog, define user stories, and ensure timely delivery of features.

Continuously monitor and assess product performance post-launch, driving iterative improvements and updates.

Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.

Experience:

Min 5 years of proven work experience in related field

Strong technical background with hands-on experience in software development, cloud technologies, APIs, or other technical domains.

Proven track record of managing and launching successful technical products in a fast-paced environment.

Deep understanding of agile methodologies and experience in running cross-functional agile teams.

Familiarity with data-driven decision-making and A/B testing.

Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, etc.) is preferred.

Knowledge of MS Office Suite

SQL and knowledge on API tools like Postman is preferred

PSPO, CSPO, CSM Preferred.

Skills:

Strong leadership skills with a collaborative, cross-functional approach.

Ability to translate user feedback and decisions into technical requirements

Strong attention to detail while keeping the broader business and user goals in mind.

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.

Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Experience in defining and analyzing key product metrics, KPIs, and product performance.

Ability to break down complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent

Schedule / in-office requirements:

Hybrid working model; Monday-Wednesday in office, Thursday/Friday from home.
