We are currently hiring a Junior Project Manager / Project Engineer to support and grow within our project management team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or professionals with 2–3 years of experience in construction, engineering, or HVAC who are looking to build a long-term career.

Key Responsibilities
Assist with managing HVAC construction projects ranging from $50K to $14M
Collaborate with senior project managers, field superintendents, and internal teams
Track submittals, material procurement, and delivery timelines
Monitor project budgets, change orders, and progress reports
Participate in weekly project meetings and coordinate with stakeholders
Support the preparation of estimates, project schedules, and construction documents
Visit job sites to gain field experience and assist with project coordination
Qualifications
High School Diploma/GED
Interest or experience in HVAC, construction management, or project engineering
Familiarity with tools like Procore, Fieldwire, Bluebeam, or similar software is a plus
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Eagerness to learn and grow in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
