Assistant Project Manager (Architecture)Job Summary
The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and hands-on experience preparing construction documents using Revit.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the development and coordination of architectural project documents throughout all project phases.
Support Project Managers in managing project schedules, deliverables, and client expectations.
Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, and municipal authorities to facilitate project progress.
Develop and maintain BIM models and construction documentation using Revit.
Participate in design development, construction document production, and construction administration activities.
Review drawings and documents for accuracy, quality, and compliance with project requirements.
Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external consultants to ensure project coordination.
Attend project meetings and assist with documentation and follow-up actions.
Help ensure project milestones and deadlines are met.
Required Qualifications
Professional degree in Architecture or a related field preferred.
5–10 years of relevant architectural experience.
Strong experience in design development and construction document preparation.
Advanced proficiency in Revit for BIM modeling and construction documentation.
Working knowledge of Bluebeam and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with AutoCAD, SketchUp, and 3D rendering software.
Experience in multifamily residential, healthcare, or mixed-use projects.
Familiarity with construction administration processes and consultant coordination.
Pay: $60,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
