Since 2015, SnackCrate has been delivering the world’s best snacks straight to doorsteps, turning every unboxing into a global flavor adventure. Does that mean free snacks? Of course it does.

We’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer — an experienced creative who thrives on turning bold ideas into scroll-stopping visuals. You’ll help shape the look and feel of SnackCrate across digital, print, and packaging, collaborating closely with the Creative Team to make every design distinctly “SnackCrate.”

You will help lead, mentor, and elevate a small team of graphic designers in close collaboration with the Creative Director.

What You’ll Do

Design and execute creative across social, paid media, email, print, packaging, and digital channels.

Own and evolve SnackCrate’s visual language across digital, print, packaging, and campaigns.

Partner closely with marketing, social, growth, and product teams to develop compelling visuals for launches, promotions, and brand moments.

Take ownership of full creative projects from concept to delivery, working under the guidance of the Creative Director.

A strong grasp of typography, composition, and brand consistency.

Develop, refine, and enforce brand guidelines to ensure cohesive execution across global markets and external partners.

Retouch, manipulate, and enhance photo and video assets for marketing and campaign use.

Concept and execute visual content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging social platforms.

Stay up to date on design trends, tools, and cultural moments — and know how to use them to keep SnackCrate’s visuals fresh.

What You Bring

6+ years of professional graphic design experience, ideally in-house or agency

Strong portfolio demonstrating brand-driven thinking and polished execution

Expert proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign

Working knowledge of After Effects, CapCut, and Figma

Deep understanding of typography, layout, composition, color theory, and visual storytelling

Experience creating assets for social, email, paid media, web, print, and packaging

UI/UX and e-commerce experience

High attention to visual detail and copy accuracy

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-moving environment

Confident, collaborative communicator who gives and receives feedback well

Curiosity and commitment to continuous learning, especially in motion and emerging formats
