Mandatory Qualifications:
At a minimum, three (3) years of experience in project and product design, visual design standards, and visual design software and trends.
A Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Graphic Arts, or related field
o Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis.
If substituting the Bachelor's degree with an additional four (4) years of qualifying experience, then the requirement for mandatory experience must reflect a total of seven (7) years of experience.
Desirable Qualifications:
Up to three (3) additional year(s) above the mandatory minimum of three (3) years of experience.
A minimum of one (1) project and maximum of three (3) projects with experience providing Visual Design services for federal, state, or local government entities.
A minimum of one (1) project and maximum of three (3) projects with experience working as a Visual Designer in a DevOps environment with a proficiency in design and prototyping tools and a solid understanding of user experience and user interface (UI/UX) principles.
Pay: $55.00 - $65.00 per hour
Work Location: Remote
