About the Role

We're looking for a strategic and results-oriented Product Marketing Manager to lead the positioning, launch, and ongoing growth of our subscription products. This role serves as the critical link between Product, Sales, and Marketing, ensuring our products are clearly defined, effectively brought to market, and continuously optimized for customer adoption and engagement.

The ideal candidate is both a strategic thinker and hands-on executor who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You'll play a key role in shaping product narratives, driving go-to-market initiatives, supporting sales enablement, and building lifecycle marketing strategies that maximize customer success. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys building processes from the ground up, navigating ambiguity, and turning customer insights into meaningful business growth.

What You'll Do

Product Positioning & Messaging

Own the positioning and messaging strategy for subscription products, clearly defining target audiences, value propositions, and market differentiation.

Develop and maintain compelling product narratives that communicate value to both customers and internal teams.

Create and manage messaging frameworks, competitive positioning, and customer-facing content.

Ensure consistent product communication across all marketing, sales, and customer touchpoints.

Partner with cross-functional teams to align messaging and strengthen product understanding throughout the organization.

Go-to-Market Strategy & Launch Execution

Lead the planning and execution of go-to-market strategies for product launches and enhancements.

Develop campaign strategies, launch plans, timelines, and promotional initiatives across multiple channels.

Coordinate launch activities across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.

Support event-based marketing initiatives and product activations tied to company events, webinars, and promotions.

Create launch materials, campaign briefs, and communication plans that drive awareness and adoption.

Sales Enablement & Customer Adoption

Develop and maintain sales enablement resources including one-pagers, presentations, talk tracks, and objection-handling frameworks.

Partner closely with Sales Development Representatives and Sales teams to strengthen product knowledge and positioning.

Support customer adoption initiatives by aligning messaging with customer needs, behaviors, and business outcomes.

Ensure internal teams have the tools and resources needed to effectively communicate product value.

Lifecycle Marketing & Customer Engagement

Own the customer lifecycle marketing strategy from onboarding through engagement, retention, expansion, and reactivation.

Develop onboarding programs that accelerate product adoption and long-term customer success.

Create lifecycle campaigns including engagement, win-back, retention, and upsell initiatives.

Collaborate with community and engagement teams to reinforce product usage and customer value.

Performance Analytics & Market Insights

Define, monitor, and report on key product marketing metrics including adoption, engagement, retention, and conversion.

Analyze customer behavior, campaign performance, and market trends to inform strategic decisions.

Provide actionable recommendations to improve product-market fit and overall go-to-market effectiveness.

Operate effectively in evolving environments where systems, automation, and reporting may still be under development.

Cross-Functional Leadership & Execution

Serve as the bridge between Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.

Foster alignment across departments to ensure successful product launches and customer experiences.

Manage multiple priorities and projects while maintaining a high level of quality and execution.

Contribute to a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Who You Are

A strategic marketer who loves connecting products with customer needs.

Experienced in developing and executing successful go-to-market strategies.

Strong storyteller with the ability to translate product features into compelling customer benefits.

Comfortable working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.

Analytical and data-driven, with the ability to transform insights into actionable strategies.

Highly organized with strong project management and prioritization skills.

Adaptable, resourceful, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment.

A proactive problem solver who thrives in situations where processes are still being built and refined.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.

3–5 years of experience in Product Marketing, Marketing Strategy, Demand Generation, or a related role.

Experience developing product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market campaigns.

Strong understanding of customer lifecycle marketing and engagement strategies.
