Position Job Summary

E&E Co. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Product Manager to lead end-to-end product development and management across our home categories including bedding, bath, window, and furniture. In this role, you will serve as the critical bridge between U.S. sales teams, customers, designers, and overseas sourcing offices across Asia — ensuring that new and existing products meet market demand, align with customer requirements, hit cost targets, and are successfully executed through to final delivery. The ideal candidate brings deep knowledge of home furnishings, strong cross-border coordination experience, and the ability to manage multiple development projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Up to 25% travel required, including international factory visits.

Core Duties & Responsibilities

Market & Customer Alignment — Partner with U.S. sales teams to understand customer needs, retailer-specific requirements, and market trends, translating customer briefs into clear product specifications including materials, construction, colorways, packaging, and target cost.

Product Development & Design Management — Own the full product development lifecycle from concept to bulk production, reviewing design CADs, strike-offs, and physical samples while managing seasonal development calendars to ensure all milestones are met on schedule.

Cross-Border Coordination — Collaborate with overseas offices and factories across China, India, Pakistan, and Vietnam to develop samples, confirm specifications, negotiate costs and lead times, and ensure alignment on development status and delivery timelines.

Costing & Pricing — Analyze material, construction, and production costs to ensure competitive and margin-appropriate pricing, identifying cost-saving opportunities while maintaining product quality and customer satisfaction.

Order Execution & Quality Oversight — Provide oversight from initial sampling through production handoff, resolving issues in quality control or production delays while supporting Sales and Supply Chain teams to ensure on-time delivery and full compliance.

Business Partnership & Growth — Act as a strategic partner across Sales, Design, Merchandising, and Supply Chain teams, contributing to product line expansion and supporting customer presentations, line reviews, and business development activities.

Key Qualifications

Years of Experience: 5+ years

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Product Development, Business, or a related field

Industry Background: Home Furnishings, Home Textiles, or Consumer Goods — required

Overseas Experience: Experience working with factories and sourcing offices across Asia — required

Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office; PLM or product development systems and AI tools a plus

Language Skills: Bilingual in Mandarin is a plus but not required

Key Skill: Strong analytical, negotiation, and cross-functional communication skills

Analytical & AI: Strong analytical ability and fast AI adopter — Must

Compensation

The salary range for this position is, commensurate with experience. We are looking for the right candidate whose compensation will be determined based on the depth and relevance of their work experience.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
