Warehouse/Sales Associate

Duties

Handle inventory control by stocking, picking, packing, and organizing products.

Operate heavy equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks.

Manage shipping and receiving processes to ensure timely order fulfillment and accurate inventory records.

Assist customers in the shop by providing product knowledge and support with order fulfillment.

Maintain safety standards by adhering to OSHA regulations and mechanical safety procedures during heavy equipment operation and materials handling.

Support warehouse distribution activities by load & unload operations, packaging goods, and preparing shipments.

Professionally answer phone inquiries and provide customer support.

Requirements

Proven experience in warehouse operations or distribution centers with familiarity in warehouse management systems (WMS).

Process incoming shipments and restock inventory accordingly.

Valid certification for operating heavy equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, or pallet jacks; OSHA safety training preferred.

Strong organizational skills with experience in inventory management, stock control, and order picking & packing.

Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently throughout the shift.

Assist and advise customers in the retail shop.

Work every other Saturday.

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
