The Opportunity That Awaits You:

This position is responsible for launching Aquablation in the defined territory and establishing it as the treatment of choice for men suffering from BPH.

This position is responsible for launching & Supporting the Aquabeam Robotic System in a defined territory and establishing Aquablation as the treatment of choice for men suffering from BPH.

The Account Manager will help maximize the utilization of installed Aquabeam Systems. This is a business-critical role and as such requires a highly motivated individual focused on executing activities and exceeding sales targets.

The individual will need to balance between tactical implementation of field programs and strategic decision working effectively with all external stakeholders including clinicians and administration as well as PROCEPT's internal functional area. The individual will be required to support surgeons and theatre team during procedures, requiring someone with a background in providing support for complex and/or invasive theatre based medical technologies.

What Your Day-To-Day Will Involve:

Meet or exceed quarterly sales quota for the defined area and target hospitals

Work with the sales manager to develop a territory plan that outlines sales objectives tailored to the local market

Provide quarterly updates on the territory and account performance

Lead Aquablation Programme Reviews, Quarterly Business Reviews and follow Surgical Pathway for all Aquablation surgeons

Lead local marketing activities and develop joint marketing plan with accounts to increase patient awareness

Provide weekly/monthly forecasts for defined area

Provides medical professionals with product support, information, and training on the use of Company products and with staff education, in-services, and technical troubleshooting.

Effectively communicate Aquablation's value proposition to customers

Work with senior hospital staff and key surgeons in the development and execution of a plan to effectively integrate the Aquabeam system at new customer sites and ensuring ongoing commitment to the ABT system

Develop an Aquablation plan for each surgical team to support independent use of the technology

Drive utilization of the Aquabeam System by collaborating with surgical teams to support usage of the technology

Drive continuous expansion of the user base by working with key hospital staff and thought leaders to develop a qualified lead funnel

Maintain a monthly and quarterly territory plan that outline territory sales objectives and areas of opportunity and growth

Qualify, train, assess, and ultimately develop accounts to adopt the AquaBeam’s system as an integral part of their BPH practice with the goal of demonstrating high account adoption

Communicate current market conditions and recommend improvements to the commercial process

Partner with the Professional Education team to deliver outstanding clinical and training support to physicians so that physicians can become clinically independent

Build and maintain relationships with key customers and KOLs within region

Partner closely with the Marketing team to identify and prioritize customers for higher-level corporate relationships

Attend local, national and European level exhibitions and meetings when required

Partner with the Marketing team to organize and execute local activities and events for key customers and KOLs

Partner with the Customer Service team to meet and exceed customer expectations

Partner with the International Sales team and the Finance team to ensure all required sales reporting forms are completed and submitted on time

Maintain records in the PROCEPT CRM system on contacts, facilities & sales channel process.

Provide support in the resolution of product complaints and/or safety issues

Proactively support organizational goals and objectives, policies and procedures, Good Manufacturing Practices, and FDA regulations including strict compliance with AquaBeam’s Customer Relationship and the Sunshine Act policies

Responsible for compliance with Quality System requirements applicable to tasks performed by the holder of this job function

Maintain a professional and credible image with key physicians, consultants, suppliers, and teammates

Establish and maintain credentials to enter and work in hospitals and other medical facilities as required by facility requirements

Manage travel and expenses per approved budget

Maintain Emergency Stock with adequate par levels to be reconciled quarterly

Maintain trained status for, and comply with, all relevant aspects of the PROCEPT BioRobotics Quality Management System to ensure product and support regulatory compliance

Maintain local requirements for Industry Accreditation

Understand and adhere to the PROCEPT BioRobotics Quality & EHS Policies

The Qualifications We Need You to Possess

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

Ability to travel extensively in UK - up to 80%

Ability to attend internal and external meetings internationally if required

A minimum of five years of experience in medical sales, ideally within the Urology space or Operating Room

Experience selling Med tech life science innovative products

Experience of introducing market development programs to hospitals and/or physician practices

Strong local relationships within the healthcare community in specified geographic area

Leadership & commercial skills as demonstrated through past professional performance
