Duties
Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies, including recruiting, sourcing through ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), and onboarding new employees via effective employee orientation programs.
Manage employee evaluation processes, performance management systems, and training & development initiatives to enhance workforce skills and engagement.
Oversee benefits administration, workers' compensation claims, and compliance with OSHA regulations to ensure employee safety and well-being.
Lead change management efforts by designing organization structures, conducting succession planning, and implementing organizational design improvements aligned with strategic goals.
Maintain strong employee relations through conflict management, communication skills, and fostering a positive work environment.
Utilize HRIS (Human Resources Information System) platforms like Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM for data collection, reporting, and HR data entry tasks.
Coordinate with payroll providers such as ADP or Paychex to ensure accurate payroll processing using systems like UltiPro or Paylocity.
Manage workforce management tools like Kronos or Dayforce for scheduling and attendance tracking.
Support project management activities related to HR initiatives including organization design projects, HR sourcing strategies, and social media management for employer branding.
Skills
Extensive knowledge of human capital management principles and practices across diverse industries.
Proven expertise in employment & labor law compliance, OSHA regulations, and workers' compensation procedures.
Strong change management capabilities with experience in organizational restructuring and strategic planning.
Demonstrated ability in talent acquisition, recruiting techniques, employee orientation programs, and performance evaluation processes.
Proficiency in HRIS platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM; familiarity with ATS systems like iCIMS or Taleo is preferred.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage employee relations effectively and resolve conflicts constructively.
Skilled in benefits administration including health plans, retirement plans, and leave policies like FMLA.
Experience with project management tools and methodologies to lead HR initiatives successfully.
Ability to handle data collection, reporting accuracy, and administrative tasks efficiently using systems like Paychex or Paylocity.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in contracts management, data entry, and record keeping. Pay: $64,566.86 - $77,757.94 per year
