Human Resources Manager

Overview Survey & Ballot Systems (SBS), a leading national provider of member-based voting technology, is currently seeking an experienced, positive, and detail-orientated PT (.5) Human Resources Manager to work on-site in our Eden Prairie, MN headquarters. SBS offers a comprehensive benefits package in addition to competitive compensation based on education and experience beginning from $58-$61 per hour based on a 20 hour/week work agreement. You will also be eligible for a year-end bonus.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five (5) years generalist-level HR experience, including exposure to benefits administration, recruitment, compliance, and employee relations. The candidate must demonstrate the highest level of professional integrity, trustworthiness, and ability to maintain strict confidentiality.

Basic requirements for this role include:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.

Minimum of 5 years HR Generalist experience.

Aptitude in benefits and compensation administration, recruitment, performance management and payroll.

Experience with Microsoft Suite including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word as well as other HR technology platforms.

Comprehensive knowledge of labor and employment laws both locally and federally.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of an organization.

Attention to detail and good judgement.

Pay: $58.00 - $65.00 per hour
