Contract CDL-A Driver Recruiter (Remote)
Temporary / Contract Position
We are a small Flatbed / Conestoga trucking company looking for a recruiter to help us find qualified CDL-A drivers.
This is a temporary, contract-based opportunity. Your primary responsibility will be sourcing and referring qualified driver candidates. Our company will handle interviews, qualification review, hiring decisions, orientation, and onboarding.
Responsibilities
Source qualified CDL-A Flatbed / Conestoga driver candidates
Generate driver leads through your own recruiting methods and networks
Communicate with potential candidates and present our opportunities
Submit interested and qualified candidates to our team
Maintain professional communication throughout the recruiting process
Requirements
Experience recruiting CDL-A drivers preferred
Understanding of the trucking industry
Ability to source qualified candidates independently
Strong communication skills
Russian-speaking skills are a plus but not required
Compensation
Performance-based compensation
$1,500 per successfully hired driver
