Recruiter (Talent Acquisition Partner) for Hospitality

Creative Dining Services is seeking a full-time Recruitment Partner to join our People & Culture team!

We’re looking for a Recruitment Partner who is passionate about delivering an exceptional candidate experience while driving efficient, data-driven hiring processes.

In this role, you’ll manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer, while acting as a strategic partner to hiring managers. You’ll help shape recruitment strategies, leverage data and recruiting metrics to improve hiring performance, help optimize enterprise-wide recruitment processes, and ensure every candidate feels valued and informed.

This position reports to the Vice President of People & Culture and will have a hybrid work schedule at our Zeeland, Michigan corporate office.

What You’ll Do

Partner with hiring managers and executives to define role requirements and ideal candidate profiles.

Develop and execute tailored sourcing strategies to meet the unique needs of multiple roles and locations.

Source, screen, and interview candidates while delivering a high-quality and transparent candidate experience.

Clearly communicate role expectations, compensation, benefits, and growth opportunities.

Coordinate interviews, panels, assessments and feedback sessions; ensuring timely communication with candidates and stakeholders.

Manage offer development and delivery of decisions with professionalism and empathy.

Verify employment eligibility, conduct reference and background checks, and manage compliance documentation.

Track and analyze recruiting metrics (time to fill, placement retention, pipeline health, candidate experience) to drive continuous improvement.

Support and optimize enterprise recruitment processes and ensure alignment with organizational goals and best practices.

What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree business or related field and 4–6 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience, or equivalent relevant experience in lieu of a degree.

Experience with multi-site (multi-state preferred), high volume recruiting; Hospitality or food-service recruiting preferred.

Strong working knowledge of external recruitment platform algorithms, metrics, and process optimization.

Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively and manage multiple requisitions with remote stakeholders.

Excellent communication skills and a commitment to delivering a great candidate experience.

Experience with applicant tracking systems, ADP Workforce Now preferred.

Effectively develop internal relationships across the Creative Dining Services organization
