Recruiting & HR Lead Lowell, MA $100,000 - $130,000 Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
A growing multifamily real estate company is seeking a Recruiting & HR Lead to join its leadership team in Lowell, MA.
This role is ideal for someone who is first and foremost a strong recruiter. While HR experience is certainly valuable, our client believes great recruiting is the foundation of this position and is willing to help develop the HR side for the right person.
This individual will be responsible for building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline across multiple departments, ensuring positions are filled with high-quality candidates before hiring needs become urgent. Long-term, this role will also take ownership of onboarding and core HR functions.
What You'll Be Doing:
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates across multiple departments
Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts from sourcing through offer acceptance
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities
Develop proactive recruiting strategies to attract top talent
Track recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, retention, and offer acceptance rates
Manage and improve hiring processes and candidate experience
Coordinate onboarding and employee integration
Support HR initiatives, employee relations, and compliance efforts as the role evolves
What We're Looking For:
Proven recruiting experience with a track record of successfully filling positions
Experience sourcing passive candidates and building talent pipelines
Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills
Ability to recruit across multiple functions and levels
Strong organizational and communication skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
HR experience is a plus, but recruiting expertise is the priority
