Recruitment Onboarding Specialist

The Recruitment & Onboarding Specialist will lead recruitment efforts, facilitate interviews, coordinate onboarding and credentialing, and ensure employees complete all required training requirements. This role is responsible for providing support to ensure smooth and efficient operations of HR processes and functions. The Recruitment & Onboarding Specialist maintains employee records, manages employee programs and ensures compliance with applicable employment laws and organizational policies

Qualifications

Associate's degree preferred.

Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, onboarding, human resources, credentialing, or healthcare administration.

Experience with HR processes including recruitment, onboarding and employee engagement.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to engage diverse populations.

Organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Familiarity with behavioral health services, Medicaid processes, and HIPAA compliance preferred.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
