Job Description

Role : Compliance and Regulatory (RoHS and REACH) Engineer

Overview

Experienced Regulatory Engineer to join our Medical Device team, focusing on environmental compliance, specifically with RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances) and REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorization, and Restriction of Chemicals) regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Regulatory Compliance & Strategy:

Support on RoHS, REACH, and other global material and chemical compliance regulations relevant to medical devices.

Interpret new and updated regulations, assessing their impact on our product portfolio and operational processes.

Develop and implement strategies to ensure ongoing compliance for existing and new medical device products.

Documentation & Reporting:

Manage and maintain comprehensive compliance documentation, including material declarations, certificates of compliance, and technical files.

Prepare and submit necessary declarations, reports, and dossiers to regulatory bodies as required.

Continuous Improvement:

Identify opportunities for process improvements in environmental compliance management.

Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging regulations to proactively address future compliance challenges.
