About the role

The purpose of this role is to manage and optimize customer relationships and order fulfillment within the European Customer Service team. Operating in a professional capacity, the successful candidate will drive customer satisfaction, coordinate cross-functional processes, and independently develop an assigned customer base to support overall business success.

Key Responsibilities

This position operates under a hybrid work arrangement.

Act as the primary point of contact for all business customer inquiries regarding label solutions.

Manage end-to-end order processing, pricing alignment, and delivery schedule coordination.

Collaborate actively with field sales, logistics, and production teams to ensure smooth and seamless customer service.

Take independent responsibility for managing and developing your assigned customer base with a focus on success and goal-oriented growth.

Work cross-border with international teams to build strong, lasting relationships with customers in the Benelux region.

Qualifications

Required:

Commercial or technical training, a corresponding university degree, or an equivalent qualification.

Professional experience in B2B sales or corporate customer service, preferably within an international environment.

Mandatory fluency in both Dutch and English.
