About the role
We are seeking a Fixed Income Business Analyst to work in a customer facing role, supporting the clients on Capital Market Solutions Application (Calypso). Your daily task is to address and resolve product issues related to use, maintenance, and upgrade of Calypso Application. You would also provide advice on the configuration and use of Calypso Application and participate in the product enhancement request process. You work with customers, partners, and internal groups including engineering, quality assurance, product management, customer delivery team. This position affords a unique opportunity to enhance existing capital markets knowledge including a front-to-back, cross-asset view of the capital markets.
Fixed Income Business Analyst
We’re looking for a Fixed Income Business Analyst to join our team, reporting to Director Client Support Services. In this role, you’ll help shape how we deliver seamless post-trade and risk solutions through our Calypso platform while supporting clients across global capital markets.

What You’ll Do
Support clients by resolving product issues and ensuring smooth use, maintenance, and upgrades of the Calypso platform.
Analyze and replicate issues, working closely with engineering and product teams to deliver effective solutions.
Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to track, communicate, and resolve escalations.
Engage regularly with clients to understand needs, provide guidance, and improve their overall experience.
Contribute to process improvements, tools, and knowledge sharing while mentoring junior team members.
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
3+ years of experience in capital markets, banking, or financial technology.
Strong understanding of fixed income products, credit derivatives, and market data concepts.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret complex financial workflows.
Strong communication skills; fluent in English and Spanish, with experience working in global, collaborative environments.
Nice to Have
Advanced certifications such as CFA or FRM.
Experience with risk management concepts or financial modeling.
Familiarity with SQL, Java, or object-oriented programming.
This position will be located in Mexico City and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in-office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.
