Cerchiamo un/una addetto/a gestione ordini per il team commerciale di Vicenza. Lavorerai sulla pipeline ordini, collaborerai con vendite e magazzino e garantirai l’evasione puntuale secondo KPI di servizio.
Requisiti:
diploma di scuola secondaria superiore
conoscenza pacchetto Office, in particolare Excel
dimestichezza con CRM/gestionali (inserimento ordini, anagrafiche)
precisione, orientamento al cliente e capacità di priorizzare
valutiamo anche candidati senza esperienza nel ruolo
Mansioni:
inserimento e aggiornamento ordini sul gestionale aziendale, circa 30-80 ordini/giorno
monitoraggio stato ordine e comunicazione con magazzino per spedizioni
gestione resi e reclami semplici, escalation a vendite se necessario
supporto nella preparazione documentazione commerciale e scadenzario clienti
Offerta e benefit:
contratto tempo pieno, full-time
fisso + eventuale bonus su obiettivi (fisso + provvigioni a obiettivo)
