Lavorerai con un portafoglio clienti B2B consolidato, gestendo ordini e richieste tecniche da officine e studi di progettazione della zona. Avrai a disposizione un CRM aziendale per tracciare ogni interazione. Ti occuperai di verificare la disponibilità merce, coordinarti con produzione e spedizioni, e assicurare tempi di risposta rapidi. Seguirai in prima persona le segnalazioni post-vendita, collaborando con il reparto qualità per risolvere eventuali non conformità su lotti specifici.

Requisiti:
diploma di scuola superiore (perito meccanico o indirizzo tecnico gradito)
breve esperienza pregressa nel ruolo, anche in stage o tirocinio
dimestichezza con lettura disegno tecnico e uso calibro
buona capacità di gestire priorità e scadenze multiple
disponibilità entro 2 settimane
